Description

 

The Project Manager will be based in Brussels to strengthen the Project department :

  • 1.In managing the entire development process from concept to delivery:
  • Keeping close track of deadlines, quality and budgets and having responsibility for finishing a project within set targets,
  • Discuss the objectives and conditions of different projects,
  • study legal, commercial, financial and civil options and restrictions,
  • Prepare feasibility studies in cooperation and communication with the city’s council,
  • Keep in touch with all stakeholders at all stages of the project and actively manage these relationships (municipality, architect, construction partners, neighbors, contractors,…),
  • Discuss the financial file with the financial manager,

 

  • 2.In coordinating and managing the entire permit process:
  • Analyze and prepare the file for permission,
  • Present the project file before all stakeholders concerned,
  • Finalize and submit the file in cooperation with the architect.

 

  • 3.In coordinating and preparing the commercial process:
  • Analyze market strategy in close collaboration with the sales department,
  • Prepare and implement the commercial plan by coordinating stakeholders,

 

  • 4.In coordinating and following up on the building process:
  • Prepare and manage the tender process in relation to appointing the right contractors,
  • Making sure the building process goes according to the set time lines,
  • Act as a client-relationship manager throughout the building process,

We are looking for a candidate :

  • with a thorough understanding of the design and construction of buildings •
  • with ability to evaluate various sketch proposals within a short timeframe
  • with 5 to 10 years’ experience •
  • with an excellent knowledge of project-based work or relevant experience as a project leader
  • with a good communication skill (directors, officials, sales partners, bricklayers…)
  • with a positive mindset, proactive, problem-solving attitude, objective and solution driven
  • who aligns and motivates all stakeholders in their project and who possess a good leadership and people management skills
  • who has a structured approach to meeting targets within the deadlines
  • independent who has a sense of initiative, a team player, who can listen to others.
