They are looking for a motivated and experienced MSP Operation Manager to strengthen their team of 10 MSP/Client Satisfaction Managers and help to expand it to 15 experts.
As MSP Operation Manager, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, but you’ll also play an important strategic role. You’re focused on building and maintaining strong relationships in your team and with all colleagues, clients, and service providers. You’ll also improve work processes and actively contribute to building their future, both internally and in partnership with Their clients and partners.
Job Description
As ProUnity’s MSP Operation Manager, you’ll wear different hats:
- The go-to person for your team members for operational support, ideas, training, and growth opportunities.
- Support for your sales colleagues with offers and responding to tenders.
- Promoter of smooth collaboration and idea-sharing between the MSP team and colleagues from Sales, Product & Engineering.
- Team player in shaping our MSP compliance and operational processes.
- Lead for hiring new MSP employees.
- Consultant in developing and managing our client portfolio.
- Manager of questions about holidays, illness, backup, etc.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar role or sector.
• A professional bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, with excellent spoken and written knowledge of French and English.
• A strong dose of empathy.
• Excellent computer skills, including Office and compliance tools.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
• Flexibility in handling tasks and priorities.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication skills and healthy ambition.
• A true team player, dedicated to the ProUnity project.
• A solution-driven doer, working independently and in a team with ease.
