Only successful efforts will be invoiced! Are you convinced by our candidate and ready to hire him or her?
You only pay once. The amount due is a percentage of the annual salary of the candidate presented by D-Network.

Retainer

Retainer contracts are mainly used when the request is confidential, strategic and/or for C-level positions.
Invoicing in three instalments, the first of which is paid upon signing the contract, implies a commitment to deliver results.

Definition and analysis of requirements

This is the strategic phase of the recruitment project. We're here to understand your needs, your company, its environment, and its values. Together, we determine the profile you're looking for.

When we take on an assignment, we work together to determine whether your search is in line with the market and put forward solutions that will enable us to successfully complete your recruitment process // fill your vacancy.

Sourcing and identifying candidates

At this stage, we set up sourcing tools through various channels: Job Boards, personal and professional networks, direct searches, posting advertisements, etc. Then, we review and select relevant applications by means of skills targeting and per field of expertise.

Interviews and assessments

We analyse the candidate's professional career path, focusing on its coherence. We determine their technical skills and expectations and finally, we assess their soft skills to understand their personality, values, motivation and alignment with the role and the company.

Selection and validation

We provide you with a detailed report on relevant applications. Upon receipt, you select the candidates you'd like to meet. We coordinate and schedule various selection interview processes. Once you've made your choice, we support you from the negotiation phase to the candidate's signing.

Onboarding

We ensure a thorough integration process, guiding the new team member and the company through the initial phases so as to promote long-term collaboration.
