Position

Our client is looking for a motivated and determined Customer Support to help us respond quickly to customer queries and problems. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of a dynamic company.
Tasks

Responsibilities
  • You will build strong relationships with customers and communicate clearly.
  • You analyse complex problems, look for solutions and document problems to ensure a better level of support.
  • You understand and answer customers’ technical questions by phone, email or chat and ensure good follow-up.
  • You will work closely with the development and project management teams, as well as with customers.
Profile
  • You enjoy customer contact and are able to express yourself fluently. You are able to build relationships based on trust.
  • You enjoy solving problems methodically and creatively, while being able to work under pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
  • You have a good grasp of technical issues (experience of software implementation would be an asset).
