As Senior Software Engineer, you can have a tangible impact in helping medical practitioners translate their needs into smart software.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Starting from use cases designed with end-users and the Product Manager, you will be building easy to use, high-performing, distributed, scalable, enterprise-grade applications in a Java environment. You’ll be part and bring your experience in the full software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and documentation, in an agile way.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h6>\n
    \n
  • Analyze and review use cases and user stories ;<\/li>\n
  • Build technical architectures and designs ;<\/li>\n
  • Deliver stable, testable, secure, reusable, extensible, maintainable and efficient code and frameworks ;<\/li>\n
  • Create or maintain technical documentation ;<\/li>\n
  • Participate in code reviews with your peers ;<\/li>\n
  • Proactively support project deployments remotely and at customer sites ;<\/li>\n
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternative technologies and processes and presenting these for review by the team ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Profile<\/h6>\n
      \n
    • Engineering or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science with a minimum experience of 10 years ;<\/li>\n
    • Full-stack developer with excellent analytical skills ;<\/li>\n
    • Excellent coding skills in Java and extensive experience with Spring Boot ;<\/li>\n
    • Experience with at least one modern browser JavaScript framework (Angular, React, VueJS\u2026) ;<\/li>\n
    • Practical knowledge of relational database modelling and query optimization ;<\/li>\n
    • Ability to set up and maintain build configurations (Maven or Gradle) and continuous integration pipelines ;<\/li>\n
    • Experience with domain-driven design, event sourcing and CQRS architectures is a huge asset ;<\/li>\n
    • Special affinity for UX is an asset ;<\/li>\n
    • Working experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm…) and with event-driven, distributed applications and lightweight message buses (RabbitMQ, Kafka, …) is an asset ;<\/li>\n
    • Excellent time-organization skills and ability to work under tight deadlines ;<\/li>\n
    • Team player, curious and quick learner, communicative and convincing ;<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in French and English ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
