Position
- The company is looking for an IT Manager to coordinate and manage projects and the IT team to support its growth.
Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of the IT department comprising 3 specialists: infrastructure, applications and support.
- Managing and coordinating external contributors and service companies.
- Identifying and defining action plans and implementing the necessary improvements.
- Managing, coordinating, monitoring and prioritising infrastructure and applications projects in collaboration with the IT team.
- Managing and negotiating contracts.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree, university diploma or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, applications and know-how.
- Initial experience in team management is valued.
- Ability to manage and negotiate contracts (price, deadlines, content, suppliers, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with different IT and non-IT profiles.
- First experience of IT project management.
- Good priority management.
- Leadership, assertive and diplomatic.
- Curious and good technology watch.
- Knowledge of French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
- Initial experience in the automotive sector would be an asset.
