Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager, your mission will be to take part in rollout, support, and governance on numerous infrastructure devices.

  • You control the entire project’s life cycle.
  • You write, consolidate plans and timeline for the different teams involved.
  • You collaborate with domain experts and business analysts in extracting requirements from user and business requests.
  • You help set up inter-team communication channels for coordination.
  • You will organise regular steering committee meetings and will communicate clearly on progress made and decisions to be taken. You communicate with stakeholders and maintaining awareness of business needs and priorities.
  • In close collaboration with the devices operation department, you prepare technical, functional, and non-functional specifications to launch tenders (RFI & RFC processes).
  • You apply change control and risk management processes
  • You ensure that projects are formally closed and reviewed
  • You can perform the 2nd and 3rd level of support for the group (European level: Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Nederland, France, Poland, Romania, Spain)
  • You participate together with our internal R&D department to the development of future parking material product lines
Profile

Hard skills

  • You have more than 5 years of experience in management of international IT projects and/or technical projects.
  • You have experience in conflict management, negotiation, able to identify risks and issues and communicate them
  • You are used to communicate with various stakeholders, and you can ensure good relations with all of them
  • You are open-minded; problem solving oriented and have people management experience
  • You are flexible, agile, pro-active, structured, and quality oriented
  • Experience or specific interest in the mobility sector is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.

Soft skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (electronic / electro-mechanical).
  • Prince2 and/or PMP certification are an asset.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally across continental Europe.
  • It is an international role. You speak English and French or Dutch. Other languages are nice to have.
  • You are a true team player.
  • You are conscientious and act professional.
  • You are motivated and have a positive mindset.
